The AI Grand Challenge is a global, student-driven, science-based initiative bridging student insights and public policy to shape the future of higher education in the age of AI.

This interdisciplinary challenge is supported by the Inria Center for International Cooperation on AI and is affiliated with the Global Partnership on Artificial Intelligence (GPAI), an international, multi-stakeholder initiative hosted by the OECD and dedicated to the responsible development and use of artificial intelligence.

The challenge is guided by a Scientific Advisory Committee bringing together international scholars and experts.

This initiative also provides an opportunity to highlight the involvement of LIRAES in advancing international debates on AI governance.

Eline Vivet-Maladry has been appointed to the Scientific Advisory Committee of the AI Grand Challenge 2026.

Results will be presented at VivaTech and other GPAI international forums. The final synthesis report will be shared with the OECD and the French Ministry of Higher Education.
